This assessment measures team effectiveness across 5 dimensions of high performance: Purpose, Open-System, Whole-Hearted, Entrepreneurial, and Responsive. It also assesses the extent to which 3 enabling factors are in place: clear authority, team rewards, and supportive leadership
Eight 4-hour modules build team practices, skills, and mindsets that improve performance and relationships. Each module supports the team in creating real deliverables (ex. purpose statement, scorecard, etc.) that immediately benefit team performance. All can be delivered in live online sessions or in-person.
Through coaching, teams increase their collective capability to self-reflect, resolve conflicts, and achieve their goals. Teams learn how to solve their own problems, hold one another accountable, and achieve 'quick wins' to increase their confidence and improve their performance.
In this workshop, the team clarifies its noble purpose and agrees on its principles & behaviors. The team's purpose provides the compass which guides team decisions and shared principles create the glue that enable trust and bonding.
In this session, the team defines and agrees on how it will continuously improve its business system. The team clarifies its core-value adding proposition, initial scorecard & sets one goal. In this session, teams begin to think & act like business owners and entrepreneurs.
In this module, the team organizes around its purpose and system. The team learns distributing decision-making practices and creates internal agreements on how to make decisions. The team also agrees on how they will share leadership roles and defines initial roles.
In this session, the team explores how to have intelligent meetings that enable collective intelligence and gains a toolbox for effective meeting and facilitation practices. The team also agrees on initial meeting rhythms and practices.
In this session, the team explores its customer's needs and perspectives and develops plans of action to continuously seek and integrate the voice of the customer to increase its value.
In this workshop, team members learn mindset and practices that enable their own creative initiative, while also supporting the energy and initiative of others around them.
Within this session teams gain practices, tools, and habits that support on-going innovation, problem solving, and continuously improvement.
In this module, the team gains practices around sharing accountability, giving feedback and resolving conflicts. Teams create rhythms to sustain success.
